At Canvas Freaks, we provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your art then you can return it anytime within 30 days for a full refund!
We do our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can. Our sizing charts match up congruently with their respective products, each viewable on the corresponding product page. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
A Few Things to Note:
- Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, we, unfortunately, cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- We do not provide return labels unless it's a manufacturer defect! The shipping return cost will be the customer's responsibility.
- If the product was received by the customer in perfect condition and is returned to us damaged, then a percentage of the product cost may be subtracted from the customers return. ONLY if this is entirely the customer's fault for not packaging the product carefully upon returning the product. This rarely ever happens and is only applied in extreme circumstances.
Returns / Refunds accepted under the following circumstances:
- Customer Simply Does Not Want
- Does NOT apply for Custom and Personalized orders
- All Custom Canvas Sales are FINAL sales. Meaning that we do not accept returns/refunds for them. UNLESS there are defects from our end.
- Damaged Product / Manufacturers Defect
- If the product arrives damaged. Whether due to shipping care or a manufacturer’s defect, we will honor a 100% full refund or exchange. We will require photo evidence of this via email to info@canvasfreaks.com
- For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 30 days of order delivery.
- Not As Described
- If the product arrives and the customer can prove that it does not match up with the product description. We will honor a return for a full refund or exchange for a different item.
- Product Lost in Transit
- If the product doesn't arrive because it is lost in transit, then we will immediately reship the product for you! The one condition is that the customer must absolutely make sure their address is correct.
Exchanges:
- Ship the product back to us. It might take us up to 5-7 days for us to receive. Once we receive it, we can ship out the newly specified product immediately.
- Exchanges are only allowed if you are within the 30 days and it is NOT a custom and personalized text Canvas.
How to Return:
- Each return should be accompanied by a Return Form.
- Please fill out accordingly, to the best of your ability and send the product and return slip to the address provided to you by our customer service agents.
- We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item is clearly not in new condition or does not meet the standards listed above.

Return Shipping:
Canvas Freaks does not pay for return shipping in the situation that the customer simply does not want the product.
Canvas Freaks only pays for return shipping if the product was damaged upon arrival to the customer. Also, in situations where we sent completely the wrong product to the customer. In any situation that it is our fault entirely we will absolutely assume responsibility.
Disclaimer:
If you are shipping items over $75, we would highly suggest shipping the product back to us with tracking so that if the product is lost in transit, it will be very easy to prove to us that it was indeed shipped back.

At Canvas Freaks, we hand make each and every single piece of art. As you've seen while ordering, we provide multiple different customization options, from colors to cutout shapes, so that your LED Neon Art can be the perfect piece for your home/studio/business.
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee for 14 days on all Neon Signs except custom/personalized products! There's a very simple reason for that, it's because that product was made for you and only you. Which means that if it's returned back to us it unfortunately ends up trashed and dismantled.
We try our best to provide the most accurate product descriptions we can with full transparency. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering and exactly what they will receive as their final product.
The production process for LED Neon Art is quite complicated and takes a lot of time and effort from multiple departments to coordinate. What this means, is that we cannot accept any cancellation requests after 24 hours have passed since you've placed your order. After this 24 hour period, we begin the production process and cannot reverse course. You will have to wait to receive your product before returning it back to us!
- Damage: If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it for you free of charge! Just send us a picture/video of the damage along with the packaging and we will replace it!
- Lost in Transit: If your product gets lost in transit, just reach out to us and we will resolve the issue for you!
- Defective: We offer a 12 month warranty on ALL products and will guarantee a resolution if you encounter any manufacture defects within 12 months of purchase.
